1. Ministry Registration & Legal Compliance

Every consultancy featured on our platform must be registered with the Nepal Government’s Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MOEST) and hold valid company registration with the Office of the Company Registrar (OCR) and Inland Revenue Department (PAN/VAT). We do not list informal agents or uncertified freelance operators.

2. Direct Institutional Representation & Accreditations

We evaluate the authenticity of university and college representations. Legitimate consultancies hold direct representation agreements with accredited universities or verified partnerships with global pathway providers. Furthermore, we verify professional counsellor certifications such as British Council Certified Agents, Qualified Education Agent Counsellors (QEAC for Australia), and USATC/ICEF qualifications.

3. Transparent Fee Structures & Documentation Integrity

We strictly exclude consultancies that promote forged documentation, fake financial certificates, or offer unethical “visa guarantees.” True educational consulting prioritizes honest academic assessment, genuine statement of purpose (SOP) guidance, and transparent processing fee schedules provided upfront in writing.

4. Real Student Track Record & Alumni Verification

Our editorial team gathers insights from genuine student experiences, community feedback, and alumni outcomes across major destinations (Australia, UK, Canada, USA, and Europe). We prioritize agencies with proven histories of ethical counselling, sound pre-departure support, and responsive post-arrival guidance.

5. Editorial Independence & Sponsored Content Policy

Our directory and editorial recommendations are never sold. No consultancy can pay to improve their editorial review or alter factual details:
